Ingredients
- 2 (12.5 oz) cans Chicken
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
- 1 (4 oz) can Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Chili Seasoning
- 6-8 Low Carb Tortillas
- 6 (4 oz) Fruit Cups
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Olive Oil and/or Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 425degrees, and lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together chicken, cheese, salsa, sour cream, diced chiles, and chili seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Lay tortilla on a flat surface. Place 3 Tablespoons chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla and roll tightly around the filling. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Add flautas to pan, seam-side down, and brush with olive oil, or cooking spray. Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Broil for extra crispiness. Serve with fruit on the side. Enjoy!
