Ingredients

  • 1 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Rice Cereal
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Coconut, shredded

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer until the batter is combined. Use a cookie scoop to form into balls, they should be around 1 inch in size. Transfer energy balls to a ziplock bag and store in the refrigerator.
