- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Crispy Rice Cereal

Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer until the batter is combined. Use a cookie scoop to form into balls, they should be around 1 inch in size. Transfer energy balls to a ziplock bag and store in the refrigerator.
