Instructions
-
Inspired by & photos by Mel's Kitchen Cafe - Drain chicken. Stir together the chicken, spinach, bacon, and ranch dressing until evenly combined.
-
Sprinkle a portion of the cheese across each tortilla. Spread a portion of the filling in a wide strip down the center of each tortilla.
-
Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, followed by the other side. Heat a skillet or griddle to medium heat. Spray seam side of the wraps with cooking spray. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet. Cook until golden brown & crisp, about 2-4 minutes, pressing lightly with a spatula to flatten.
-
Spray the top w/cooking spray and flip wraps. Cook for another 2-4 minutes, pressing lightly with a spatula until the tortilla is golden, and the filling is hot and melty. Cut the wraps in half and serve w/ grapes on the side.
