- 1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 3 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Taco Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 (23 oz) can Low Sodium Vegetable Beef Soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can Low Sodium Tomato Soup
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can No Salt Added Corn
- 1/2 cup Pace Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Low Sodium Beef Broth
- 2 Green Onions
- 1/3 cup Mexican/Fiesta Shredded Cheese
- 3 Tbsp Light Sour Cream
- 2 oz Tortilla Chips
- 2 Kiwis

Instructions

In a large stock pot, brown ground beef over medium heat. Once cooked, add a paper towel to the pot to soak up grease. Repeat until grease is gone. Discard towels.

Add onion powder, chili powder & taco seasoning.

Add vegetable beef soup & tomato soup to stock pot. Increase temperature to medium high heat.
Stir.

Add diced tomatoes & undrained corn to stock pot. Stir.

Add salsa & beef broth. Stir again. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium.

Peel & slice kiwis.

Chop green onions, discarding green leafy portion. Add to soup.

Ladle soup in individual bowls. Srinkle with a generous portion of cheese & a dollop of sour cream. Crumble tortilla chips over the top. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
