  • 14 oz Frozen Peppers & Onions
  • 3/4 (14 oz) Hillshire Farms Sausage Link
  • 1 1/2 (10 oz) Frozen Riced Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 (8 oz) can No Sugar Added Pineapple Chunks, drained

Instructions

  1. Cut sausage into 1/2" slices. Heat large non-stick skillet on medium-high for 3 minutes. Add sausage, peppers and onions; cook, stirring constantly 6-7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in pineapple and sauce; cook 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Cook the riced cauliflower according to directions. Serve sausage mixture over the rice.
