Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Wheat Flatbreads
  • 6 Tbsps Low Sugar Marinara Sauce, store-bought
  • 1 1/2 (8oz) bags Frozen Asparagus
  • 6 Tbsps Shredded Mozzarella
  • 6 Tbsps Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp canned Julienned Sun Dried Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook asparagus according to package directions. Spread 2-3 tablespoons marinara evenly over the top of each flatbread, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Arrange 6-7 asparagus pieces fanned out in the center of each flatbread. Top with mozzarella, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Place into oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted on top. Cut pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
