Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 12 oz Chunky Salsa
  • 1/4 cup BRIANNAS Cilantro Lime Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1/3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/3 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 1/2 (10 oz) bags Riced Veggies Cauliflower
  • 3/4 (16oz) Canned Low Sodium Black Beans
  • 6 oz Guacamole
  • 1/8 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 lime, sliced into wedges
  • 4 (4oz) cups Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/3 tsp Cumin

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, salsa, Briannas Cilantro Lime Dressing, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, and paprika to slow cooker. Set on high and cook for 4 hours. Shred chicken (it should come apart really easily!) and let it cook/sit for 10 more minutes. Optional: Add salt to taste if needed. Prepare the other ingredients-Cook rice pouch in the microwave for 90 seconds, heat up black beans in the microwave. Assemble rice bowls by adding rice, chicken, beans, and guacamole to each bowl. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Drizzle with BRIANNAS Cilantro Lime Dressing. Serve with applesauce on the side and enjoy.
