  • 1 1/2 lb Pork Shoulder Butt Roast
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 2 (10 oz) bags Riced Cauliflower Roasted Garlic, frozen
  • 10 oz Fresh Pineapple Chunks

Instructions

  1. Place pork in crockpot. Rub the sea salt onto pork. Pour the liquid smoke over and around pork. Pour the water around the pork. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Cook the frozen riced cauliflower in the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes, let sit for 1 minute. Shred the pork with two forks, and serve the rice and pineapple on the side. Enjoy!
