Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 3/4 tsp Salt (sea salt preferred)
  • 2 tsp Freeze Dried Garlic
  • 1/2 Red Onion, sliced
  • 4 Dill Pickle Slices
  • 4 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 4 (5.3 oz each) containers Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 lb Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Raspberries, Bananas, or Peaches)
  • 8 oz container Guacamole

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, place the beef, cumin, salt, and garlic and mix to combine. Be careful not to over-mix. Divide the burger meat into 4 equal sections. Use your hands to divide each section in half. Flatten each half into similar sized circles similar in diameter as a burger patty. Add a scoop of guacamole to the center of one circle, and top with the other circle. Pinch the sides to create a burger patty with the guacamole inside, shaping it the best you can. It’s okay if the guacamole seeps out of the edges a bit. Grease and heat the grill or a grill pan over medium high heat. Cook the burgers for 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Top the patties with tomato slices, red onion rings, mayo, and pickles. Use two or three lettuce leaves per patty and wrap them around the patty as tightly as you can. Finally, slice fresh fruit and add to bottom of small glasses or bowls. Top with Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
