Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
- 3/4 Yellow Onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Freeze Dried Garlic
- 1/3 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 (14 oz each) cans Diced Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Low Sodium Beef Broth
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 cup (8 oz) Heavy Whipping Cream
- 24 oz Potato or Cauliflower Gnocchi
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 (11 oz each) pkgs Spring Mix or Romaine Salad
- 1 pint Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Brianna's Real French Vinaigrette

Instructions

Add olive oil to a stock pot that has a lid over medium heat. Chop onion (see video) and add to stock pot. Re-hydrate the garlic in a small dish by adding a bit of water.

When the onions have softened (about 1-2 min) add ground beef. Season w/ salt & pepper & brown.

Stir in garlic, Montreal Steak seasoning and Italian seasoning into the beef mixture.

Once ground beef is browned, add the diced tomatoes, beef broth & cream to the pan and stir.

Next add gnocchi and stir. Cover with a lid. Check to ensure it is boiling after a couple of minutes.

Check gnocchi. When soft, reduce heat to medium low. Stir in parmesan & cover again.

Add mixed salad to serving bowl. Rinse tomatoes & slice in half. Add to the greens.

Lastly, add salt & pepper to your ground beef gnocchi, to taste. Serve with salad & vinaigrette. Enjoy!
