Ingredients
- 24 oz Lean Ground Turkey
- 3 Tbsp Low Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 12 Lettuce Leaves
- 1 1/2 Avocados
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Hamburger Buns
- 6 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
- 30 oz Frozen Sweet Potato Fries
- 3/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
- 3 Large Slicing Tomatoes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse & slice the tomatoes. Slice the avocado (See video). Rinse the lettuce and layout the leaves.

Beat egg(s) in a mixing bowl. Add ground turkey, onion powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper.

To the bowl, add worcestershire sauce & italian bread crumbs. Mix together. Add olive oil to a sauté pan over medium heat.

Lightly grease a baking sheet w/ olive oil or cooking spray. Add sweet potato fries to a baking sheet & place in oven. Set timer for 15 min.

Firmly form meat mixture into equal sized balls then press into 3/4” thick patties. Add to saute pan, ensuring olive oil is under each patty.

Add BBQ sauce & light mayonnaise into a small bowl. Whisk together to make tangy fry sauce.

Flip the turkey burgers.

Remove sweet potato fries when the timer goes off checking that they are done and crisp. Ensure turkey burgers are cooked (160 degrees internal temp), place on buns with mayo, avocado, tomato, & lettuce. Serve with fries & fry sauce.
