Takes 25 Minutes total.
Instructions
-
Fill a large stock pot 3/4 full with water. Add salt to the water and bring
to a boil.
-
Generously sprinkle salmon
with Old Bay Seasoning on both sides.
-
Add water and patties or filets to a medium frying pan. Cover with a lid.
Over medium heat, steam the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side.
-
Roll lime(s) firmly on the counter top using your palm and fingers to soften the limes
to prepare them for juicing.
Prepare seedless grapes by rinsing and picking from stems. Place in serving bowl.
-
Add pasta to boiling water and
cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until al-dente (approx. 8-11 min.)
-
When salmon has cooked on both sides, remove from pan and cover to keep warm. Leave remaining water/juice in the pan.
Add butter to frying pan, heat while scrapping the sides.
-
Once butter is melted, squeeze all juice from lime(s) into pan & sauté.
Add capers. Simmer to reduce liquid for 5 minutes, ensuring that you scrape
the sides of the frying pan for added flavor.
-
Plate pasta and top with salmon. Drizzle equal portions of sauce over each salmon
and pasta serving. Enjoy with side of seed-less grapes.
